We’re sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your CLEAVO account, what happens to your data, and how long it takes.

Delete from the CLEAVO app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app:

Open the CLEAVO app and sign in to your account.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
Tap Delete my account and confirm with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Your account is scheduled for deletion. Active orders (if any) will be completed or cancelled first.

I understand that deleting my account is permanent. My subscription, wallet balance, offers and order history will be removed and cannot be recovered.

✓ Your email app has opened with a pre-filled request. Please press Send to complete your deletion request. We’ll confirm within 48 hours.

Your request goes to support@cleavo.in from your own email — so we can verify it’s really you.

What happens to your data

Once your deletion request is verified, we complete the process within 7 working days.

We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Active subscription? Any remaining pickups or wallet balance will lapse on deletion — use them first, or contact us to discuss options.

Just need a break? You can pause your subscription instead of deleting your account. WhatsApp us and we’ll pause it for up to 3 months, no charge.
